About the Living Arts Collective

The Living Arts Collective supports local artists and promotes community engagement by offering accessible space and resources for socially progressive arts, culture, conscious living, and wellness practices.

We host regular movement classes, workshops and retreats; community socials, dances and jams; providing creative space for artists to create, rehearse, teach and perform; as well as a special event space for organizations and communities. Forms of Art that we and our community of artists practice include African dance, modern dance, partner dance (fusion, blues, salsa, bachata, zouk, kizomba, swing and more), ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, culinary arts, massage, yoga, martial arts, theatre and acroyoga.

We are located at 410 W. Geer St, Durham, NC.
