Qoya, which means “Queen,” in Quechua, is a unique movement practice which blends dance, yoga and sensual movement. 2hrs of part sacred ceremony and part dance party!
Through movement we remember: we remember our essence is Wise, Wild, and Free. Wise draws upon the ancient wisdom of yoga. Wild represents the wild nature you feel when dancing for the pure joy of it without trying to make it look “good.” Free is the freedom to feel pleasure in the body; reorienting from performing our pleasure to instead feeling for what feels true and good to YOU and no one else!
This practice is for all who identify as female.
Investment: $30. No one turned away for lack of funds.
Come join me on this sweet, sacred Sunday evening to dive into ceremony, move and groove our heart’s prayers by candlelight, and re-member ourselves as Qoyas!
♥ ♥ ♥ Each participant will receive a gift to take home and integrate our time together. Copious chocolate and flowers provided 😉 ♥ ♥ ♥
Please bring water, yoga mat (optional), and optional altar item.
