Greetings!

I invite you to join me while we traverse and transcend these corporal bodies as we are guided into a deep meditation with ancient sounds from around the globe including guitar, overtone singing, chimes, Tibetan Bowls, flute, gong, frame drum, Shurti Box, tuning forks and didgeridoo. We open a sacred space together, calling on many of energies that surround us to come forth and be present for the session..

This session has a suggested donation of $15-30 – none turned away for lack of funds.

You may receive this experience in whatever way feels the most authentic to you. Sitting up, laying down, gentle yoga, and light movement are all acceptable in the context of staying aware of your neighbors experience. The floor is sprung, so dancing may be noticable to the group. If you choose to lay down, please bring whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor. There are a couple yoga mats in the space, but please bring your own if you have it.

Every object has a natural vibratory rate; it’s resonance. One of the principles of using frequency as a transformative and healing modality is to understand that the body is in a constant state of vibration. Every organ, every bone, every tissue, every system–all are in a state of vibration. When we are in a state of health, the body projects an overall harmonic of health. External frequencies along with intention can be used to support and return both body and spirit to this optimal state.
