Deepen your own inner contact while supporting others to do the same as you learn some of the fundamental skills of Focusing, a contemplative and somatic approach to psychological growth and healing. Led by a Certified Focusing Trainer, this monthly class invites participants into an ongoing exploration of what’s currently emerging in one’s journey. Participants will be introduced to some of the techniques of Focusing and will spend the majority of each class in paired and individual guided practices that deepen our own inner listening and our ability to support the same in others. Complemented by perspectives from meditative traditions and depth psychology, this class supports us in working with inner material in a transformative space and walking our most authentic and purposeful path.
Feel free to journey with us month-to-month, or drop in for individual classes as you like. A $10 contribution for the space and class is requested. We will meet in the Wellness Studio next-door to LAC’s main entrance.
