In this gentle yoga class you’ll experience slow dynamic stretching, mindful breathing and deep inner-listening.
Each class is focused on a center of the body (chakra) with the intention of cultivating supportive engagement of the physical body as a means to harmonize specific qualities of the mind and emotions. Cultivate more self-awareness, free stuck energy and move into a greater sense of ease and vitality.
Attend all chakra classes and you’ll leave feeling more embodied and centered in your true essence.
