January 4th, January 18th, February 29th 11:30 – 1:30 PM *in the ballroom 

This three-session class, intended for experienced dancers, will include floor work, movement across the floor, exercises to condition the feet, back, and spine, and a vigorous phrase that Matthew will extend each lesson. This class will zero in on and explore quadrupedal movement, core/distal movement initiation, attenuating force and momentum, and relying on sensation to compose duet and solo material.
