Guided by sensation and empowered to choose pleasure, you become your own personal trainer in this healing and conditioning practice. Choose your level of cardio, strengthening and stretch, in a community moving body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Nia is simple enough for a beginner, with a depth that appeals to experienced movers as well.

Classes are $15 for a drop-in, or $10/class for two or more classes. Durham Crisis Response member rate available.
