We talk about health in many forms: strength, nutrition, flexibility, and on and on. But we don’t often talk about the health of our nervous systems specifically. There are lots of things we can do to help our nervous systems have a full range of expression, be able to respond to novel stimulus, and be effective in the world.
And thankfully, a lot of it is really fun.
Consider this a yoga class for your nervous system, or a playful way to find regulation.
