We talk about health in many forms: strength, nutrition, flexibility, and on and on. But we don’t often talk about the health of our nervous systems specifically. There are lots of things we can do to help our nervous systems have a full range of expression, be able to respond to novel stimulus, and be effective in the world.

And thankfully, a lot of it is really fun.

Consider this a yoga class for your nervous system, or a playful way to find regulation.

This class might be for you if any of the following are true…
You love learning weird things about your body.
You enjoy reverse engineering how to be a more awesome you. You love playing and being silly.
You could use a bit more range and capacity as you move through your day.
